Narooma Retreat
This retreat is set in beautiful Narooma located on the NSW South Coast. It is a popular beach destination with awesome attractions and is also home to a magnificent mountain bike park - Narooma MTB Park. These trails offer a progressive network of options to support your riding skills and technique development. With 85 ks of trail spread across 3 zones - Playground, Gravity and Wilderness, the retreat will also offer exposure to as much of the trail network suited to the group.

The retreat is aimed at the low intermediate who is riding regularly to intermediates looking for a new boost in their riding.​ MTB coaching sessions include body position and balance, operation of controls, terrain awareness, direction and pressure control, achieving better flow, cornering techniques, managing features like rocks, drops and varied terrain suited to the group.

Session 1
Includes rider assessment, body position and balance over trail distance, effective operation of controls, cornering, uphill techniques and terrain awareness.

Session 2
Targeted based on the outcomes of the morning session and could include further cornering exercises, mileage on trail, trail features, introduction to jumps and drops.

Session 3
Experience the Wilderness Trails with all the new skills learned from previous sessions with a group ride exploring Narooma MTB Parks original trail network set in a spectacular setting of Bodalla State Forest.

The retreat is supported with good food, restful accommodation on a stunning setting, a yoga session and local experiences.
